What is Muathal?
Muathal is a Saudi investment platform in development, built to open private equity investing to individuals with smaller starting amounts. Our proposed fund of funds will provide access to multiple specialist managers, with a licensed manager and operator supporting the structure.
Can I invest today?
Not yet. Launch is awaiting the CMA permit. We are not accepting investments or subscriptions. This website introduces the planned model and is not an offer to invest.
Who is Muathal being built for?
Individual investors who want access to private markets with smaller starting amounts. Final participation requirements and minimum investments will be set out in the approved terms before launch.
Which asset classes will be available?
Private Equity is our planned launch focus. Private Credit and Venture Capital are coming soon as future phases, subject to the relevant approvals. No launch dates have been announced.
Will I have opportunities to sell my units?
Yes. We plan to offer two selling windows each year, through unit transfers at current valuations. Sales depend on a willing buyer and the final approved fund terms.
How will investments be valued?
We plan monthly valuation updates based on information from the underlying funds and the approved valuation methodology. Updates will help you follow your investment over time.
